During the drying process, the coffee cherries are left on the beans, infusing them with the natural flavors of the fruit, and this coffee has flavors galore! 

Flavor Notes:

• Cashew: Subtle nuttiness that adds depth.
• Honey Molasses: Provides a sweet, rich undertone and natural sweetness that black coffee drinkers would die for.
• Milk Chocolate: Smooth and comforting, like a velvety chocolate bar. In darker roast profiles, this flavor transforms into an extra dark (78%+) baker's chocolate note and introduces a bitter bite on the tongue, similar to espresso.
