Refund policy
We do not accept returns of coffee-based products, but we are always willing to make it right or replace damaged products.
Please send an email to eric@perfectshotcoffee.com. and let us know what type of issue you may have with our product(s). Include as much information as possible, especially if you suspect a product was damaged in shipment. Include pictures where applicable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items such as coffee with custom grind and roast profiles). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and cannot guarantee replacement of limited availability items. In the event a limited availability item becomes damaged in shipment and cannot be replaced, you will be offered a full refund or a store credit, whichever is more preferable.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to provide exchanges for coffee products. All our coffees are considered custom order items.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided to customers in a timely manner and at the sole discretion of The Perfect Shot Coffee Company. Each refund request will be handled on a per-customer basis, taking into account the totality of circumstances surrounding the request for refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
